Tasks

What am I required to do?

  1. Read the About and Purpose pages.
  2. Follow the directions create your compact on the Agreement page comments.
  3. Prepare a plan for your blogging: Who is your audience and what is your purpose? What steps will you take? Your plan should include: who would read it; what you will write about; why you will write about the topic(s); how you will gather information and form your ideas/opinions; when you will post response and comments to others.
  4. Submit your plan to Ms. Edwards using the google presentation template provided you. Share your presentation with Ms. Edwards at askwhatelse@gmail.com.
  5. Create a link to your plan in your first blog post. Update your plan as needed.
  6. Begin your steps to creating your blog posts and comments as a global citizen. Be sure all your posts and comments include your code name.
  7. Follow and revise your plan, completing reflections on the template twice a month.
  8. Assess your work using the Six Trait Writing Rubric.
  9. Most of all: enjoy your new friends and your new writing wonders! Be a critical thinker, creative wordsmith, and caring citizen.
